CEO
Ethan Wood came to the crypto space from the traditional tech industry. Beginning early in Fraud Analysis and working his way up the corporate ladder, Ethan has formidable experience in Business Administration and Global Trade Compliance. Ethan has worked for industry giants such as Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, and Verizon. Ethan is well-suited to providing oversight, ensuring a risk-adjusted, cautious approach to our business. Ethan directs all daily operations.
Eric Waisanen
CFO
Eric Waisanen has collegiate focuses in philosophy and economics and has found his niche in the booming industry of decentralized finance. Eric has lectured on Tokenomics and Game Theory and advises many projects, networks, and political figures on economics and policy.
Kenny Grant
CTO
Kenny Grant was a self-taught programmer from a very young age. Kenny was professionally published as a teenager and has worked in International Communications Technology and Marketing for 40 years. Kenny has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom. Kenny has honed his skills as a developer to a fine edge.
Arya Torabi
CMO
Arya Torabi has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Political Science, and Business Management from the University of Toronto. Using his knowledge from his diverse Bachelors, Arya was able to find great success in his Marketing career by bringing creative solutions to growing the presence of a project; from political campaigns, logistics-focused content marketing, to DeFi projects, Arya's unique solutions are a testament to his diverse background.
Fabio Soares
Senior Contract Developer
Fabio Soares is a full-stack developer and language expert with 4 years of programming experience. After receiving his Master's in Telecommunications, Electrical, and Computer Engineering, Fabio broke into permissioned blockchain development working on Hyperledger. Fabio has single-handedly built out multiple dApps and brings a great deal of ingenuity and adaptability to the team.
